International Journal of Economics, Finance and Politics (IJEFP) requires all manuscripts to include a Declarations section in order to ensure transparency, accountability, research integrity, and compliance with international ethical publishing standards. The Declarations section should include the following components:
Authors must declare that the study was conducted in accordance with accepted scientific and ethical principles and that all sources have been appropriately cited.
Where required by applicable regulations or institutional policies, authors must provide information regarding ethics committee approval, including the name of the approving institution, approval number, and approval date.
If ethics committee approval is not required, authors should explicitly state that the research does not involve human participants, personal data, or experimental procedures requiring ethical approval.
Authors must clearly state whether any financial support was received for the research, authorship, and/or publication of the article.
If funding was received, the funding institution and, where applicable, the grant or project number should be specified. If no financial support was received, authors should explicitly declare this.
Authors must indicate whether artificial intelligence (AI) tools were used during the preparation of the manuscript.
AI tools may be used only for language editing and proofreading. They must not be used to generate original scholarly content or replace the intellectual contributions of the authors. If AI tools were used, authors should identify the tool(s) used and confirm that all AI-generated outputs were carefully reviewed. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the manuscript, and the use of AI tools must comply with the journal's editorial policies and principles of academic integrity.
Authors should include a statement describing the availability of the data supporting the findings of the study.
Where applicable, authors should indicate that the data are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request. If no new data were generated or analyzed during the study, this should also be explicitly stated.
Authors must declare whether any financial, professional, institutional, or personal relationships could be perceived as influencing the research, authorship, and/or publication of the article.
If no potential conflicts of interest exist, this should be explicitly stated.
For manuscripts with multiple authors, each author must have made a substantial scholarly contribution to the study in accordance with the CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy).
The following contribution categories should be used:
Authors should indicate the names of the contributors next to the relevant categories.
Each author must have contributed to at least one of the following core aspects of the study: conceptualization, methodology, data analysis, manuscript writing, or critical revision. Contributions limited solely to technical support, data collection, funding acquisition, or general supervision are not sufficient to qualify for authorship.
Authors may acknowledge individuals, institutions, or organizations that contributed to the study but do not meet the criteria for authorship.
